Arm balances require courage and strength, balance and discernment. We all have these qualities to some degree, maybe in seed form, maybe well-developed. What the poses do for us is help us develop these qualities if we lack them, and if we have developed them in other contexts, then the poses help us refine. There are no prerequisites to be able to come up into the challenging balances, only a desire to try! The workshop is progressive and meets you where you are. We will work towards adho mukha vrksasana, lolasana, tolasana, bhujapidasana, bakasana, parsva bakasana. For more info click here.
