Beginner Yoga

Beginner Yoga classes are geared toward students who are new to yoga, or those who are new to the Iyengar method of teaching yoga. All ages and fitness levels are welcome and equipment is provided. 

*A 6-Class Package includes one class per week, for 6 consecutive weeks. If you are unable to attend your scheduled classes, we encourage you to attend similar classes within the allotted 6 weeks.*

Beginner Yoga: Saturday 10:45 a.m. (75 minutes)
