The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course is a very practical method for learning to experience each moment more fully. It involves learning to develop moment-to-moment awareness of your thoughts, feelings and body sensations through a number of mind-body practices including gentle stretching, meditation, breath awareness and full body awareness. This program will help you uncover inner resources for coping with stress, gain insight into the underlying basis of your stress reactions, and learn to transform problems into opportunities for growth.

**A 6-Class Package includes one class per week, for 6 consecutive weeks. If you are unable to attend your scheduled classes, we encourage you to attend similar classes within the allotted 6 weeks.*
