Meditation 

Learn the sitting forms and methods that lead to a successful long term meditation practice and see how your enjoyment of life can blossom when you learn to integrate the mindfulness of meditation into your everyday life. This course is aimed at both the beginning meditator who wants guidance on the basics of how to get started and those with experience who want to refresh their meditation practice under the guidance of an experienced teacher.

*A 6-Class Package includes one class per week, for 6 consecutive weeks. If you are unable to attend your scheduled classes, we encourage you to attend similar classes within the allotted 6 weeks.*
