Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Julie

Vinyasa flow We will explore ways to awaken both the subtle and the physical body through a 60-minute vinyasa flow class that will include mudras, pranayama, asanas, & mantras to release tension within the body and mind so that our energy can move freely, connecting movements with breath. This class is acceptable for all levels.
