A Morgantown native, Gabrielle started practicing yoga in 2008 and achieved her 200-hr YTT at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Seminarhaus in Reith bei Kitzbühel, Austria in 2016. This program equally emphasized Bhakti, Karma, Raja, and Jnana Yoga. She continued her yoga education in trauma-informed and restorative yoga, with the most education in Shaktirasa Yoga (a feminine-focused practice). Gabrielle is also a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Reiki Master, and amateur potter. She likes to spend as much time staring at trees as possible. Her offerings are therapeutic and designed to help your body tap back into its innate ability to heal.
Relaxation & Meditation Class
Give yourself the gift of a well regulated nervous system. You will be
guided through simple practices designed to allow your body to tap back into
its natural ability to relax, restore, and heal! Expect guided meditations and
pranayama (yogic breathing), with occasional restorative yoga and singing bowls.
