Intermediate Iyengar Yoga classes integrate yoga philosophy (Patanjali's Yoga Sutras) and pranayama (breathing practice). These classes are for students who are confident in coming up in head balance (sirsasana) and have completed a course of Beginner classes in the Iyengar method, or who have training in another style of yoga. Please contact us to determine which level would best suit your abilities. *A 6-Class Package includes one class per week, for 6 consecutive weeks. If you are unable to attend your scheduled classes, we encourage you to attend similar classes within the allotted 6 weeks.* |
