As much as we hope you gain in benefits from attending classes, we know a home practice is indispensable for making progress in yoga.  In this workshop we will go over (1) essential guidelines for sequencing poses to get the most structural and organic benefits from each pose, and to end up with balanced nerves and balanced energy; (2) tips for progressing in your personal practice if you find yourself stuck or 'stagnant'; (3) why you might want to attempt more challenging poses, and how to approach new poses.  All levels of experience are welcome, including beginners!
