Level II classes integrate yoga philosophy (Patanjali's Yoga Sutras) and pranayama (breathing practice). These classes are for students who are confident in coming up in head balance (sirsasana) and have experience in the Level I class
During Level III classes, yoga philosophy is woven into each class to increase the depth of understanding. These classes are for students who who practice head stand and shoulder stands regularly (5 minutes each) and have been practicing yoga for about 2 years.
*A 6-Class Package includes one class per week, for 6 consecutive weeks. If you are unable to attend your scheduled classes, we encourage you to attend similar classes within the allotted 6 weeks.*
