Mindful Resilience Flow
Be prepared for a mindful vinyasa flow integrating the fundamentals of yoga
through intelligent sequencing built around sun salutations with a focus on
creating endurance, strength, and balance in a gentle, nurturing manner. This
class allows more time in each pose to truly experience the effects of dynamic
alignment and connection to the breath, inviting you to establish a source of
strength and resilience on and off your mat. Restorative poses aimed at
creating a long, slow extension of the body, unwinding of compacted fascia, and
releasing of muscles and tension will also be incorporated. This class is
interwoven with bits of ancient wisdom, poetry and music to inspire a balance
between physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. *A 6-Class Package includes one class per week, for 6 consecutive weeks. If you are unable to attend your scheduled classes, we encourage you to attend similar classes within the allotted 6 weeks.* |
