Restorative Yoga 

This practice is slow paced and gentle to the body. Sitting & floor resting asansas with blankets props, holding 3-5 minutes in each resting pose.

The benefits of restorative yoga are to restore the body to a deeper relaxing state allowing the parasympathetic nervous system to engage and relax or in other words to calm your nerves. This class is great for everyone who wants to relax and for recovery from anxiety & depression.

*A 6-Class Package includes one class per week, for 6 consecutive weeks. If you are unable to attend your scheduled classes, we encourage you to attend similar classes within the allotted 6 weeks.*
