Teen Yoga

Teen Yoga- This class is designed for the needs and interests of today's youth. They will learn a variety of yoga poses including standing, seated, inverted, forward bends, back bends and twists and how to deeply relax. Once learned, the poses will be linked together in a dynamic vinyasa sequence that will develop their flexibility, strength and stamina as well as confidence and self-esteem. Students will learn to how to self-regulate their energy, moods and mental focus through yoga to enhance their well-being and academic and athletic performance.

*A 6-Class Package includes one class per week, for 6 consecutive weeks. If you are unable to attend your scheduled classes, we encourage you   to attend similar classes within the allotted 6 weeks.*
