Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Julie

Vinyasa Yoga Flow (with optional weights) Rooted in yoga philosophies, this class combines a creative yoga flow with light weights and bodyweight intervals designed to awaken, lengthen, balance and sculpt the body as well as the mind and breath. Weights are optional. Variations of poses and sequences will be offered. This class is acceptable for all levels.
