Yoga for Back Pain 

Yoga for Back Pain classes are small-group classes that make it possible to address specific needs at a lower cost than private classes.  Sequences of poses are selected for lengthening and strengthening the back to increase space between vertebral joints and to develop core strength. This program was evaluated in an NIH funded study that was published in the Spine Journal. Please contact us prior to attending to determine eligibility and availability.   

*A 6-Class Package includes one class per week, for 6 consecutive weeks. If you are unable to attend your scheduled classes, we encourage you to attend similar classes (Yoga Therapy) within the allotted 6 weeks.*
